Col has over 25 years’ business experience as a senior executive, predominantly within the development of professional service organisations, with core skills in business growth at both strategic and operational levels. Sitting on a number of boards, Col provides strategic counsel and corporate support and is well accomplished in the areas of strategic planning & growth, performance & growth management. As a partner and managing director, Col has been instrumental in the overall growth of the O2 Group. As a fellow partner and executive director of the O2UDP Group, Col’s primary focus will continue to be directed to the overall strategic growth of the group, specifically mergers & acquisitions as well as overall group performance.

Pat has 30 years’ experience in civil engineering primarily within regional Queensland and in the urban development, infrastructure, and mining sectors. As the founding partner and managing director, Pat has been instrumental in the successful growth of UDP. As a fellow partner and executive director of the O2UDP Group, Pat’s focus will be the overall strategic growth of the group and also to continue to ensure the delivery of effective engineering solutions that consider the needs of clients, the community and the environment. Pat is committed to further strengthening stakeholder relationships and looking forward to building new long lasting partnerships.

Steve is the founding partner of O2 Environment & Engineering, O2 Ecology and Turbid. He has been instrumental in their respective growth and success, having achieved 3 BRW fastest growing SME awards, 2 Sunshine Coast best practice business awards as well as a number of environmental and engineering industry awards. Steve is a principal environmental scientist with 25 years’ experience specialising in soils and water management primarily in the mining, energy and urban development sectors. As a fellow partner and executive director of the O2UDP Group, Steve’s current and primary focus will continue to be directed to the strategic growth of the groups agricultural division.

Henry has 30 years’ experience as a multi-disciplined engineer throughout Australia, Indonesia and United Kingdom within the urban development, mining, infrastructure and agriculture sectors. As the founding partner and managing director of Base IGI Consulting Engineers, Henry joined forces with Pat Brady to form UDP. As a fellow partner and executive director of O2UDP Group, Henry’s breadth and depth of expertise will be utilised in the areas of mechanical, electrical, structural and environmental engineering.

With over 25 years’ experience in the urban development industry, Keith has extensive experience in both civil and environmental engineering which extends across a wide range of sectors, including mining, property development and master planning, infrastructure, health and renewable energy. As a partner and managing director, Keith has been instrumental in the growth of ETS Engineering. As a fellow partner and executive director of the O2UDP Group, Keith’s focus on sustainable and affordable outcomes, will be concentrated primarily in the urban development and health sectors where he will continue to successfully integrate ecologically sustainable principles and practical, cost-effective engineering ensuring the right outcome for clients, the community and environment.

Duane Gibson

Duane has 20 years’ experience as a civil engineer throughout Australia and Papua New Guinea. He has a broad range of experience as an engineer, project manager, design & construction management with a solid track record in managing the delivery of major infrastructure projects working closely with many facets of government, key stakeholders, and public and private developers. As a fellow partner and executive director of the O2UDP Group, Duane will focus on regional & Asia Pacific growth of the group primarily within the urban development and infrastructure sectors.

David is a commercially astute executive leader with over 25 years’ experience in roles that involve high levels of financial acumen, operational management and stakeholder engagement. With experience in ASX, LSE (FTSE 250) listed international consultancies working within infrastructure, resources, urban growth, tourism, government and agriculture sectors he has held executive leadership roles and been a Partner / Shareholder in large professional services firms and a trusted advisor on key projects for national and international clients.

David has played a central role in key organisational change across many facets of business and projects; has led and managed substantial mergers and acquisitions nationally; and been an integral strategic driver of organisation’s direction and resulting success.

With experience as CEO and CFO, David brings substantial value to an organisation through his considerable operational and financial experience and the ability to manage strategy development and execution.

Terry has more than 15 years’ business experience in management and operations with majority of his experience in professional services within Australia, Vietnam and Papua New Guinea. With extensive experience in Finance, HR, Business Systems, Marketing and ICT, Terry has been instrumental in providing strategic operational input with O2 Group. Terry's span of project work covers strategic input into regional councils' infrastructure plans and utilising specialised professionals to provide councils with alternative commercial outcomes closely aligned to strategic plans. As a fellow partner of the O2UDP Group, Terry will be focusing on the integration of the operational systems across the various businesses.
